In celebration of Black History Month, Black Owned Chicago has recently launched our new and improved interactive website which is being coined as the “Black Yelp of Chicago”.
With over 100 featured Black owned businesses in Chicago, consumers will have the opportunity to search for businesses according to neighborhood and category. Local entrepreneurs will have the option to claim their business and receive feedback from consumers.
Founded in 2016, Black Owned Chicago is a resource for citizens and tourists alike who crave culture in the city of Chicago. Since launching in Black Owned Chicago has featured a plethora of Black entrepreneurs, created original viral content, and sold out Harper Theater for the showing of their documentary “Farewell Obama”.
