My name is Erik A. Bady, CEO of Stairway to Greatness Mentorship-Entrepreneurship Program. Stairway to Greatness Mentorship/Entrepreneurship Program is an inner city-based company with its sole purpose aimed to educate at-risk youth the knowledge and skills needed to transform their lives from a state of hopelessness and disparity to a harmonious and joyful way of life. We aim to assist them in overcoming peer pressure, low self-imaging, low self-esteem, low self-worth, and replace them with self-awareness, social skills, self-respect, self-dignity, hope, and dreams of a brighter tomorrow.

There are many mentorship programs available, however many do not offer the ability to teach as well as train in the area of entrepreneurship. They offer youth a haven during the high crime and violent time. Here at Stairway of Greatness, being role models for those who seek a better way of living and are willing to learn the importance of dedication, motivation, sacrifice, and how these principles apply to one’s success in life. At Stairway to Greatness, we are committed to teaching the fundamental skills needed to live out one’s dreams and goals of owning their own business with the talents they have.
