I scheduled my appointment far in advance. As I’m about to leave for the appointment I get a text that my appointment is canceled. When I called I was told that the nail tech wouldn’t be in and nobody else was available. In the meantime I responded to the text saying how disappointed I was and had rearranged my entire OFF day for this appointment. In response I was told that they apologize but the nail tech child comes first. This was my first time about to try this nail salon but I definitely won’t in the future. My daughter was impressed by their work on the website and was going to try them as well but after I told her about how unprofessional they were via text we both will be taking our money elsewhere. You need to learn how to talk to your CUSTOMERS. A proper response would’ve been to just apologize and say it was beyond your control and offer the first available appointment WITH A DISCOUNT to attempt to show that you cared about inconveniencing me and show that you care about earning new business but it’s obvious you don’t .

I went there for first time today and I was very pleased. Kaitlyn did my fill-in and gel polish. She hand files and takes her time. I will definitely be back.
